1. Using “TVB, LLC Services”

 

Who can use “TVB, LLC Services?”

 

All users 18 years of age or older are welcome to access, browse, and use “TVB, LLC Services” at will. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 years old must require parental guidance in order to access, browse, and use “TVB, LLC Services.” By accessing “TVB, LLC Services,” you hereby agree to the usage “Terms.” 

 

Note: If you are under 18, please make sure that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms before you begin browsing “TVB, LLC Services.”

 

2. Change of Terms of Use

 

“TVB, LLC” reserves the right to change, alter, add, remove, or otherwise modify our Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. It is your responsibility to review this section from time to time to maintain appropriate knowledge of any updates to our Terms and Conditions. It is also our responsibility to notify all individuals listed on our email database of any immediate changes to our Terms and Conditions here-forth by email notifications and updates.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

 

“TVB, LLC" and/or its affiliated companies, as applicable, retain ownership of all proprietary rights, all trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, and content associated with or displayed throughout any “TVB, LLC Services.” You will not remove, deface, or use any “TVB, LLC,” and/or affiliated companies, copyright or trademark notices, service marks, logos, graphics, or content associated with or displayed with the service.

 

Exceptions

 

“TVB, LLC” grants content rights to any author or content creator for whose content is submitted, approved, and published on any “TVB, LLC Services.” Authors and/or content creators, however, do not have any intellectual property rights over “TVB, LLC” proprietary rights, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or graphics.

 

Photography, Videos, and Music related content

 

“TVB, LLC” may hire volunteer photographers, videographers, music engineers, producers, and creators at any time. “TVB, LLC” grants ownership rights to all volunteers who provide photography, video, or musical content to “TVB, LLC.” However, “TVB, LLC” has the right to use, alter, edit, and distribute any photographs, videos, or music content provided across any “TVB, LLC Services.”

 

4. Content

 

Content displayed on “TVB, LLC Services” may contain graphic content depicting the improper treatment of animals. Parental discretion is suggested for users under the age of 18 years old.

 

“TVB, LLC” provides open submissions to all blog writers and allows the general public to submit any Vegan-related article to “TVB, LLC.” These submissions will be reviewed by a member of “TVB, LLC” and either rejected or approved. If your submission is approved, it will be scheduled for publication on the “TVB, LLC” website and/or all other “TVB, LLC Services.”

 

Your Information

 

In order to submit an article to “TVB, LLC” for review, you will be required to complete a form that asks you which personal information you would like to be included in your article’s publication. Such information includes, but is not limited to, full name, email address, and links to other social media, as desired.

 

“TVB, LLC” reserves the right to share and publish any personal information the author submits on the form to be used in publication. 

 

Removal and/or Refusal of Published Content

 

The authors of submitted, approved, and published content have the right to request of “TVB, LLC” to remove any submitted, approved, and published work from any “TVB, LLC Services.” Authors who want to request the removal of any submitted, approved, and published work must contact “TVB, LLC” and request to do so. “TVB, LLC” has an obligation to the author to investigate the issue and provide a resolution within seven (7) days of acknowledgement of the request.

 

“TVB, LLC” reserves the right to reject, refuse to post, or remove any content for any or no reason, including content that, in the sole judgment of “TVB, LLC,” violates the rights of any person or entity, harms or threatens the safety of any person or entity, contains any non-Vegan related content, and/or otherwise violates the “TVB, LLC” image.

 

Content that is in the sole and absolute violation of “TVB, LLC” are (but not limited to):

1. Patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
    

2. Is derogatory toward or disparaging of “TVB, LLC.”
    

3. Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner.
    

4. Contains excessive violence or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an inappropriate website.
    

5. Solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 years. 
    

6. Publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person or entity.
    

7. Constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
    

8. Constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated articles or content.
    

9. Involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming.”
    

10. Contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).
     

11. Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
     

12. Soliciting passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
     

13. Involves commercial activities and/or sales such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes without prior written consent from “TVB, LLC.”
     

14. Includes a photograph or a video of another person, in a context in which that person had a reasonable expectation of privacy, that you have posted without that person’s consent.
     

15. Violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
     

16. Promotes propaganda and/or symbols of organizations that are unconstitutional or illegal in your country.

Since all content is reviewed and goes through an approval process, “TVB, LLC” has the right to turn over any submitted content that violates or breaks any country, county, or state laws to local authorities, even if the content is denied publication rights.

 

To maintain the “TVB, LLC” image, “TVB, LLC” reserves the right to remove, at will and at any moment in time, any published content if “TVB, LLC” finds any violation in the author’s conduct outside of “TVB, LLC Services.” If any published author, with content published on any “TVB, LLC Services,” exhibits any behavior, content, language, or beliefs that contradict and violate “TVB, LLC” image, even outside of “TVB, LLC Services,” then “TVB, LLC” will remove any and all published content from that author and the author will become barred from submitting any future content.

 

5. Diet & Nutrition

 

The “TVB, LLC” team does not consist of any professional, and/or licensed dietitians, nutritionists, or doctors. All diet, nutrition, and recipe, content published on “TVB, LLC Services” is information based only. Any alteration or change of any diets, meal plans, usage of products promoted or suggested, or any change to diets of the like should be done under your dietitian's, nutritionist's, and/or personal care physician's supervision.

 

“TVB, LLC” hereby is not responsible for any health issues obtained by following any diet or nutrition articles or any other related content across any “TVB, LLC Services.”

 

6. Volunteer Work

 

“TVB, LLC” promotes open volunteer positions as they become available. All volunteer work is volunteer-based only and is unpaid. No payments of any kind will be granted to any volunteers.

 

Volunteers of “TVB, LLC” have the right to end any volunteer services at any time with no reason. “TVB, LLC” requests (but does not require) that volunteers who want to end their volunteer services give “TVB, LLC” a minimum of seven (7) days notice to allow “TVB, LLC” to make other arrangements to fulfill the vacant volunteer position. 

 

7. Safety

 

“TVB, LLC” does not plan protests or other protest-like gatherings or events, but do promote other known scheduled events from other organizations. Individuals who attend these events do so at will and are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests. “TVB, LLC” is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or physical harm caused, by any reason what so ever, at any event listed on “TVB, LLC Services” or that “TVB, LLC” is attending. “TVB, LLC” is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or belongings during any event listed on “TVB, LLC Services.”

 

8. Advertising

 

“TVB, LLC” reserves the right to conduct business with or include ads from any outside advertisers on any “TVB, LLC Services.” Advertising MUST be discussed, approved, and run by “TVB, LLC” directly without any outside influence of any other social media platforms or other advertising services. “TVB, LLC” will not use any other organization, entity, or individual person’s provided information as  a tool to advertise the “TVB, LLC” image. “TVB, LLC” reserves the right to only conduct business with or include ads from any outside advertisers once discussed, approved, and run by “TVB, LLC” only for purposes of advertising and branding the “TVB, LLC” image itself. Published content creators do not have a right nor have access to any outside advertisers' promotional services made available to “TVB, LLC.”

 

9. Third Party Websites and Services

 

“TVB, LLC” will not directly provide, share, or sell any information provided by any published content creator with any third party websites or services. However, third party websites, services, and outside visitors of “TVB, LLC Services” may obtain promoted information on their own without “TVB, LLC” knowledge. You hereby agree that your information may be extracted and used by third parties who visit “TVB, LLC Services” without “TVB, LLC” knowledge. Thus, “TVB, LLC” is not responsible for the usage of any information or content of any individual (promoted through "TVB, LLC Services") outside of "TVB, LLC Services" without “TVB, LLC” or the individual's consent.

 

10. Competitors and Other Organizational Platforms

 

“TVB, LLC” is dedicated to spreading awareness about animal rights activism through media content. Thus, published content from volunteers ONLY are allowed to publish with other animal-rights focused organizations. Content creators who have a contract with “TVB, LLC” to create content on any “TVB, LLC Services” are contractually obligated to ONLY create content for “TVB, LLC” on “TVB, LLC Services” and are strictly prohibited, under contract, to create animal-rights content for any other organizations during an active contract agreement.
